Now clicking the close button on the window will also trigger ShioriEcho.End
After any normal response from ghost to a ShioriEcho.GetResult request, the ghost terminal will ignore any possible future ShioriEcho.GetResult returns with a value of 400 and wait one second, as if there were normal null returns
