Bootstrap today is missing support for vertical nav-tabs. Vertical nav-pills looks fine, but vertical tabs doesn't look too good.

npm run lint)I wasn't sure if I should update the docs with an example? There isn't one for vertical nav-pills so I didn't add one for vertical nav-tabs. I can of course add both if that is preferred.
