Load Legacy Data

1. New tool lb-btci to load legacy data. Docs: lb-btci -h.
2. Fix bootstrapping issue that did not allow to begin using luechenbresse with 0.0.5:
   ~/.luechenbresse folder has to exist before logging can be started.

Hotfix

Removed issue with missing logging.handlers import.

Fix --init

• fixed luechenbresse --init which was not working since 0.0.2
• refactoring that should not affect functionality

Mailing the Logs

When a [mailgun] section is present in ~/.luechenbresse/luechenbresse.ini the log of the current execution will be sent via mail upon completion.

Logging

This release removes all print stuff and instead writes a logfile in ~/.luechenbresse.
