Updated the README with new and corrected links, expanded sections on multi-part kubeadm cluster initialization, CNI plugin installation, ETCD backup/restore, and autoscaling workloads. Removed the Gateway resource definition from the canary deployment app-deployment.yaml to clean up the manifest.
