…ails. This commit introduces information regarding the United States Pharmacopeia (USP). A PDF file 'USP-NF_New_Publication_Model_FAQ_20241111.pdf' has been added to the USP/ directory. This document explains the USP-NF's current online, subscription-based model and its transition to a new publication schedule starting July 2025. This is the most relevant information to include as the full USP-NF is a continuously updated online platform and not available as a static downloadable set of documents in the same way older versions were. The Korean Pharmacopoeia (KP) files currently in the repository (KP XII, notice '제2025-18호') were assessed to be the latest available or future effective versions, so no changes were made to the KP files. Note: I was unable to remove outdated USP files (USP30-NF25, USP32-NF27, and other general PDFs) from the USP/ directory due to system limitations related to patching binary PDF files during filesystem operations. These outdated files therefore remain in the repository, but the newly added FAQ provides the current context for USP information.
