feat(editor): Improve Editor UI

Changes

• Separate abstract editor components from Post Editor;
• Combine hidden input for post content with tiptap, so Conform can work with it;
• Update Biome settings for VSCode;
• Update post editor to use new components;
• Add Title node for post editor;
  • Update zod input type to extract node title from the Title node;
• Add static (responsive) toolbar;
• Update submit button style;
