replacing PubSub with EventSubWS for Redemptions (everything else still on tmi.js)

Electron seems to be fully broken now, so just use the headless versions,
it eats less resources since you only need the frontend when chaning something the rest can in the terminal

Also.. dont click inside, Windows (maybe the others as well) stop the process when a cursor is selected

Sadly no other features

This creates a Command Block, which can have multiple sub groups inside, and only one of them will be triggered in random.

• The Headless Mode will not open the browser on start anymore, use --open=true for that
• Changed the default port from 4444 to 6363
