Converting from Eagle to KiCad can be a real problem. There are 3 area's of conversion for a fully working board to be made from a Eagle design.

1: SCH 2: PCB 3: LIB'S

LIB'S are the easy part of the conversion if the Ealge lib's are good, are with-out error's and some nasty naming issue's.
