Major Changes

  • Building the asmc command with pip is now mandatory and the only way to use asmc.
  • The config_asmc.yml file is no longer used, USalign and prank must be in the user's PATH
  • Plotnineseqsuite replaces Weblogo to create sequence logos. The logos can be saved as png or svg.

Minor changes and fixes

  • Only one reference structure must be specified to detect pockets with "prank" or an error will be returned.
  • Removes unnecessary messages from the log file when an MSA is given as input.
  • The number of members per cluster is displayed correctly in the log file.
