新增附件导入和匹配功能

需要提前将相应的PDF统一下载到某个文件夹中（一般是浏览器的默认下载目录）。之前插件可以帮你批量导入到 Zotero 或 匹配到缺失附件的条目中。

该功能的出发点是，减轻用户手动匹配中文附件的操作。
