An update of the plugin generator at https://github.com/horosproject/horosplugins/tree/master/_help
Running the Horos Plugin Generator app will generate a Horos plugin template project with the informed name and owner.
TODO: set the template project (it's inside the Horos Plugin Generator app contents) as a git submodule.
