Add flutter.el to README under
additional packages. This package lets you run flutter from Emacs and interact with it. For example, I addflutter-run-or-hot-reloadtoafter-save-hookin.dir-locals.el, which automatically hot reloads my app on save.Small change but thought it deserved to be mentioned.
