feat(himovies): a new movie provider

Other information
HiMovies appears to be a clone or sister site of FlixHQ, but is more stable and does not display the "This site has been taken down by the orders of the Hon'ble Court" message. This is the main reason for setting HiMovies as the new default provider for TMDB.
