This release corrects a few inconsistencies in the WYSIWYG editor and adds a few minor upgrades to features.

This release is under the 2.1 release, which updated CodeIgniter, which requires special care when updating Scalar from versions before 2.1. See UPDATE.txt for more information. If you are installing Scalar from scratch, you can ignore this.
