Widgets! All of the interesting things about layouts but now also within the content editor.

This release is under the 2.1 release, which updated CodeIgniter, which requires special care when updating Scalar from versions before 2.1. See UPDATE.txt for more information. If you are installing Scalar from scratch, you can ignore this.
