I used tuProlog as IDE for Prolog. It's possible that other IDEs use slightly different implementations of Prolog, but I think this should work in other implementations as well.

Sorry it's taking so long to get to this. We don't have too many people who prolog... Maybe @jiegillet ?

I think there might be a potential issue with the file extension, because Perl also uses *.pl, I have done some research and it seems like *.pro is also a correct prolog file extension.
