Notebot is a minecraft mod that allows you to automatically play MIDI files on note blocks

Download forge for Minecraft 1.12.2 and get the put .jar from the releases page in your mods folder.
Similar to here press the G key to open the GUI. If you want your own notebot setup for this mod, edit Mapper.java and build youself.
