Nero v1.1.3 - Magnus Hard

A somehow both quick and belated hotfix update:

• Use PROTON_PREFER_SDL=1 in instances where Allow HIDRAW Input Devices is disabled (default).
  • This is a setting introduced in GE-Proton10-7, and thus requires at least that version or later.
• Fix an instance where Xalia would still be left enabled if the prefix had Enable Xalia set to Enabled by default, but a shortcut explicitly sets it Disabled. Oops.
