@TomasTorsvik , I suspect this is partially linked to NorESMhub/BLOM#567 - see my comment there on the BLOM isopycnic coordinates and their settings.

I cannot find the include directory listed here.

Where is usermods_dirs/cmip6_config_tn14? This PR does not change the BLOM tag and I do not see this directory in v1.6.9. I also do not see it on the master branch. Am I looking in the wrong place?

@gold2718 - I'm converting this to a draft PR. The change in BLOM is still at the PR stage NorESMhub/BLOM#567
and now it came up a discussion point if we should do this through the namelist settings instead. So probably we need to settle this on the BLOM side before potentially merging this PR on the NorESM side.
