As part of the RNA-CoObs project’s knowledge portal task team, NCEAS is developing a shiny app to explore and solicit feedback on potential salmon knowledge portal design features.
DataONE in general, and salmon-viz in particular, are open source, community projects. We welcome contributions in many forms, including code, graphics, documentation, bug reports, testing, etc. Use the DataONE discussions to discuss these contributions with us.

This is a Shiny App built using the Shiny R package.
The app is currently configured to run in a R Studio project by running ‘app.R’.
