This release adds a _metadata table which will indicate the version of MIMIC-IV for the BigQuery tables.

_metadata schema: attribute, value. Example query:

select attribute, value
FROM `physionet-data.mimiciv_derived._metadata`

Current attribute available:

• mimic_version
• mimic_code_version
• mimic_code_commit_hash

These values are populated automatically for mimiciv_derived on publication of a release.
