Bug: Project dir gets overwritten by environment variable

As discussed in #365, the project dir parameter for FABulous gets overwritten by the FAB_PROJ_DIR.

The user defined parameters should be the ones with the highest priority.

Please also check if it's only the case for project dir or also for other environment variables.
