This is a version of OE3 that has been unlocked from kongregate.
To run the game simply run "RunGame.bat"
"RunGame.bat" just tells the file "OE3_Unlocked.swf" to open using "flashplayer_32_sa.exe"
You can open the game using any flash player you want. However, I have found that using the included player allows for screen resizing
