Specification
This PR removes the fix for the allowed redirect hosts for a safe redirect due to duplication. The same filter is added in the wpcomsh plugin at https://github.com/Automattic/wpcomsh/blob/f59c0fda6b248735e1a4aa979d8ab75ac7d4a5ea/wpcomsh.php#L349-L357
