Support for patch versions?

I tried to create a file starting with "openapi: 3.1.1" and I got the following exception:

Unsupported OpenAPI version "3.1.1". Allowed versions are: 3.0.0, 3.1.0

Is there a specific reason for excluding 3.1.1 (as well as 3.0.1-3.0.4)?

Not really. The code only cares about the 3.0.x - 3.1.x distinction.
I guess what would be needed is some modified version check and support for not just the two version const's that currently exist.

I suppose that using semantic version comparison would be the best solution, but maybe we could just add the patch versions to the list? Considering that a version is out quite rarely
