What happened?

Win, I am in Youtube and I connect a new Bluetooth headset device. The video is blocked. I need to reload the page to get the sound work and continue.

Expected behavior

Auto detect to the new output headset

Actual behavior

The video is blocked and no sound

Steps to reproduce

1 use a Bluetooth headset device
2 open a video in YouTube and play it
3 connect a new headset device
4 change the sound output to the new headset

Just to comment that this not only a windows also happening on Linux, same Zen version and the latest kernel.
Although slightly different I believe it might be the same issue, when I connect my Bluetooth bar any video source playing on Zen start to stutter only the video thou, the audio works fine and after a few seconds it syncs up and continues normally, this doesn't happen on Chrome or Firefox. Tried on Twitch and Youtube.

i fund that i have the same prb if i turn on my windows sonic for headphones in YouTube and kick
