Document need to persist virtual chunk containers in Icechunk config #744
Description
If you set an Icechunk virtual chunk container at write time but don't persist that setting with repo.save_config, then all your users will have to explicitly set it themselves just to read the data. We shouldn't change the config for people automatically but we should document that the creator of the virtual dataset probably does want to call repo.set_config.
