can not get it to connect to my omada controller i stuck

i followed the instructions but its not working

my url is
https://192.168.0.22:18043/login

the example said like
https://192.168.0.22:18043 but i get an error

the error i get is Unable to connect to service.
unknown error has occured

but if i type
https://192.168.0.22:18043/login in a web browser,,,
or
https://192.168.0.22:18043/
works but it has a red line through the https

i also uncheck verify ssl but doesnt help can not get this to connect

so what do i need to do to make it work is there a video?
