Feature: Enable express to serve the persistent traces

As stackholder i want to be able to analyse previous traces by an easy way.

**Requirements:**
* The old traces are accessable by web browser

**Acceptance:**
* The traces are accessable by the url path `/traces`
* The trace files are autoindexed
* The traces files to list are tracked at runtime
