Doctrine ORM DataManager does not have batch actions #50
Description
This is seemingly related somewhat to issue #36 - as per the title, the Doctrine ORM DataManager base admin does not add the BatchActionCollection into the set of actions, but does leave the "batch" option set to true, which causes issue #36. However... adding the BatchActionCollection in seems to cause problems relating to null container objects and actions not being found.
