Animation not working with ParaDiS files

Describe the bug

When loading a sequence of ParaDiS files (*.data) into VisIt, the time animation is not working. When clicking the play button or changing the frame number, it is always the first frame that is being displayed.

The time animation seems to be working fine with other file types, e.g. *.vtk files.

Can you provide a reproducer so we can take a look?

Here are two ParaDiS files containing different configurations: (please change the extension back from .txt to .data)
config.0.txt
config.1.txt

Only the first configuration (square loop) will ever display when loading both files simultaneously as a database. I draw the Mesh->Segments data for visualization.
