Docs mystery for release

3.4.1 docs seem to be missing. We need to make sure we do 3.4.2 docs release when we do the 3.4.2 release.

3.4.1 is missing b/c there is a problem with the build on read the docs.

We think we were unlucky with when we tagged 3.4.1 relative to this bug.

We should add a checklist item to check RTD after we tag.

Grumble. I needed to fix this before we tagged. We have the same problem with 3.4.2 :-(
