cant run visit-dist on my mac

Not enough Perl to get the job done:

• convert this a python script
• add a dist target to our cmake build system (this may exist for windows)
• continue to live under the tyranny of perl

visit-dist calls the source_files script which is also written in Perl.

In source_files, when not running with -dbio-only, why are all subdirectories listed instead of just recursing on src?
Also, src/doc is missing from the list, as issrc/osxfixup. The list contains src/archives and src/plugins which do not exist.

Just a note about a purely-cmake option .... it requires cmake-configure to be run first.

For a purely CMake option, the logic below could be added to root CMakeLists.txt.
I have tested it sucessfully on pascal.

It creates a visit-dist target that only gets run with make visit-dist.
This is a src only option, tarring up all src.

Current visit-dist has -dbioonly option. Do we need that? I know it will make the tarball smaller. Seems like the build option for DBIO_ONLY should be sufficient?

It also has a -withtest option that includes the testing baselines.
A cmake visit-dist-with-test target could be made to handle that.
