gVisor should not be upgraded currently

Upgrading gVisor version would cause gvisor-cri-tests to fail currently, so it should be kept unchanged as of now.
Current gVisor version: 20210622.0
An attempt of bumping it to 20230911.0 cause the following bug: https://github.com/vhive-serverless/vHive/issues/836
Currently solved by downgrading gVisor version in: https://github.com/vhive-serverless/vHive/pull/840
