Unable to configure XDebug on any IDE to work with the framework

Hi @vesparny ; Thank you for such an exciting project; the goal is simple and it achieves the result really fast. I am trying to configure an IDE for debugging. I tried with
Eclipse, Netbeans, VS IDE for php, but none seems to work as while using XDebug it appends its session string and we are unable to move forward.

I googled up and found it might be something to do with base_url in config and .htaccess, can you help me out?
