Consider adding coredis to the list of Python clients

[coredis](https://github.com/alisaifee/coredis) is a great async Redis client for Python that [supports](https://coredis.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html#support-for-redis-api-compatible-databases) Valkey. Would that meet the requirements to be added to the clients list, or is the intention for the list to be explicitly Valkey-first clients? Let me know if I should submit a PR.
