CloudFlare CDN 不是自带证书吗？

我记得NS托管在CF是可以自动管理续签Google Trust Services证书，我有一个网站是这样做的。但是还有其他网站NS没托管在CF也支持吗？

可以。CNAME 给 CloudFlare。

部署自定义证书到 CloudFlare 也不是不能做，但鉴于人家本身已经提供全套免费证书的情况下优先级不高。如果你有能力，欢迎贡献代码。
