Upgrade stylelint-config-recess-order to 7.0.0

this library depends has a runtime dependency on stylelint-config-recess-order

which is now at version 6.

However, stylelint-order is at version 7, but stylelint-config-recess-order has a strict dependency on stylelint-order 6

This is not an issue, because I've proposed a PR here a couple of months ago: stormwarning/stylelint-config-recess-order#396

Do you, by any chance, have the possibility to help move this forward, perhaps by reaching out to the maintainers of stylelint-config-recess-order, supporting the PR I open?

7.0.0, it should now be possible to upgrade
