No Docker standard

I've builded Tolgee manualy and started it... but... it runs a... Docker container? For PostgerSQL? One can install/compile PSQL native 🙄😒🤨

I don't want PostgreSQL Docker Image! Have declared in a config.yml in the same directory:

tolgee:
  postgres-autostart:
    enabled: false

But the Docker container will still start!
