Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to setting > account > general setting
2. Change avatar type from monogram to image
3. Select an image
4. Note the image is correctly displayed
5. Drop back to the account list and observe image is correctly displayed

Repeat steps 1-3
Observe the newly selected image is not displayed on the general settings page, and not on the message list until a different account has been selected.

Expected behavior

Each time a new avatar image is selected, it should be immediately displayed on the accounts general setting page and upon return to the account list

Actual behavior

After an initial avatar image has been assigned, the image shown on the general settings page doesn't update after selecting a different image. The newly selected image also doesn't immediately show on the account list until a different account is picked.

I don't want to open a separate issue for this small detail, but besides the fact that I can reproduce your issue, the picker also only accepts .jpg files and no .png photos.

The issue is caused by the fixed URI used for the stored image. We need to either use a UUID or time based name component to allow changes being detectable.

I don't want to open a separate issue for this small detail, but besides the fact that I can reproduce your issue, the picker also only accepts .jpg files and no .png photos.

The image is limited to .jpg for the first iteration. Adding .png should be possible. But better to create a separate issue for that.
