Fix Rails 70 CI #3
Description
A minor update on concurrent-ruby broke the build for Rails 70. See rails/rails#54260 for details. Since rails 70 support will be phased out in April 2025, maybe its also possible that we don't fix CI, and just update the supported versions in April: https://rubyonrails.org/maintenance
