Update to create a 2022 site

Need site to be updated to 2022. Here's the current list of changes I see

• site url to be 2022
• Remove throwback paragraph
• remove best of videos section
• remove heartland sponsor
• add lunch sponsor jinn studios
• add link to sponsorship prospectus
