I would like to confirm the default FHIR version used by Synthea to generate synthetic healthcare data in the FHIR format. While the synthea.properties file suggests that FHIR export is enabled by default, it’s unclear from the documentation which specific FHIR version (e.g., DSTU2, STU3, R4) is used without explicit configuration.
