Description

Debian package building and releases should be integrated into Travis.

On a Debian machine with the right tools, running make debian will build a Debian package. To update the version the debian/changelog must be changed properly.

git-buildpackage or gbp can be used on a Debian machine to update the changelog from git commits, doing:

gbp dch --release
