Ability to create search index from admin pannel

It is always a good option to have a way where admin can run indexing job from the admin panel so that it should be re index with the ES.

There should be an option which can be used to re index everything from fresh by discarding previous indexed data with the ES

Once a product or a category is edited or removed, the index is modiffied acordingly. I wonder what would be the value for that functionality?
