Shaka Player supports Common Media Client Data version 1. CTA-WAVE is currently working on version 2 of the specification. A detailed overview of the new features can be found in the presentation by @wilaw : CMCDv2-for-dash.pdf

Note: the specification is still under development and any of the described fields, keys, features and behaviors might change before publication.
