Subscription method "ANY"

If you use the event "ANY" for any of your functions API Gateway does not work :(

  Failed to configure the Event Gateway. Failed to configure the Event Gateway. Failed to subscribe the event http to the function nano-api-graph due the error: Subscription doesn't validate. Validation error: "Key: 'Subscription.Method' Error:Field validation for 'Method' failed on the 'eq=GET|eq=POST|eq=DELETE|eq=PUT|eq=PATCH|eq=HEAD|eq=OPTIONS' tag"

Hey @bradennapier, thanks for your interest in the Event Gateway!

Currently, we don't support a catch-all ANY method for HTTP subscriptions, but that's a good suggestion for the future. We'll keep it in mind :)
