Add support for ansible-doc

It would be helpful to have support for ansible-doc when the collection is installed.

I would like to do:

```
ansible-doc scaleway.instance.server
```

and have a lot of examples ready to go

For plugins I would like to have support for it:

```
ansible-doc scaleway.inventory.instance
```

Or a similar command
