Messages - Not starting the Start message event (in dev.app with latest code)

When I run this process https://dev.app.spiff.status.im/process-models/misc:qa:bpmn-model-testing:unit-test-message-end-event it should start this process https://dev.app.spiff.status.im/process-models/misc:qa:bpmn-model-testing:unit-test-message-start-event

But it doesn't happen in dev.app (after the recent code updates)

But it works as expected in test.app/dev.mod
