Stuck in running state

I was testing these 2 instances and they are stuck in the running state for about 30 mins now.

This is a newly created instance

Force running 2082 did make it work. Did the instance start and then the user left the interstitial page? That could do this.

Ah Ok that's how it has changed the state.
These are created from messages. No interstitial page.

Noticing the same with this https://dev.app.spiff.status.im/i/2093

All these should create the relevant Upload evidence Travel/Procurement instances. It seems they are taking longer than usual.
Generally they get created in about 1 - 1.5 mins

Now those instances are created and in the running state

After 30-40 mins

In qa5, the state got updated in less than 2 mins. So I don't think it is related to messages directly, even though these are message related models.

Earlier today Dinithi also did some testing with upload expenses related to old instances. She didn't mention any issue that time.
It seems she has completed some of those instances within 5 -10 mins. That means at that time they have worked as expected I think.

@jasquat noticed that this simple service task model also stuck in running. It should complete immediately.

For 2093 and the other I forced ran, I think the issue is it's stopping on the instruction and in this mode without celery, nothing is there to pick it back up. When starting a process model with a message start event it should plow through instructions. I think this may be related to issues with the message receive events as well. The instance gets the message but stops because there is an instruction. Again, we need to plow through the instructions.
